• 7 Gym Badges
• Visited Rivetshore City  
• Key Items: Seed of Time and Water of Time  

Step 1: Obtain the Seed of Time  

• Location: Mirroh Exterior > Garden Shop
• Action: Buy from the elderly cashier (cost: 0 Pokédollars).  

Step 2: Find the Water of Time  

• Location: Rivetshore City
• Head south > Surf left to a small island.  
• Enter Greta’s Shop > Purchase the Water of Time cost: 0 Pokédollars).  

Step 3: Summon Celebi  

• Travel to Vilethorn Woods > Locate the stone altar (6 encircling stones).  
• Plant the Seed of Time > Water it (press "A"). The ground shakes!
  
  
  
• From Nurse Joy’s spot, walk down > Surf the newly revealed stream.  
• Celebi awaits on a hidden shore!

• Use Ultra Balls/Timer Balls (Celebi is level 50).
