How to Get HM04 Strength and HM03 Surf in Pokémon Team Rocket Edition

From my experience playing Pokémon, HM04 Strength and HM03 Surf are two of the most valuable HMs in the third generation, crucial for both story progression and team strength. They're definitely worth prioritizing in Pokémon Team Rocket Edition as well. Here's how to get them.

Obtaining HM04 Strength and VIP Safari

• Step 1:Upon arriving in Fuchsia City for the first time, you'll encounter a cutscene between Koga and Bruno. Koga will then approach you and ask for your help in stopping Bruno, who is dealing with the Bikers on Cycling Road.
• Step 2: Head to Route 18 from Fuchsia City by going west, and then proceed north on Cycling Road (Route 16). You'll find Bruno and the Biker leader. Talk to Bruno, and a battle will ensue.
• Step 3: After defeating Bruno, the Biker leader will reward you with HM04 Strength.

• Step 4: Return to Fuchsia City via Route 18 from Cycling Road. You'll meet Koga, who will reward you with the VIP Safari (a key item necessary for obtaining HM Surf) for stopping Bruno.

Obtaining HM03 Surf

Now that you have HM04 Strength and the VIP Safari, it's time to find HM03 Surf. As mentioned earlier, the VIP Safari is crucial for obtaining HM Surf.

• Step 1: With the VIP Safari in hand, head to the Safari Zone. The guard will grant you unlimited access to the Safari Zone without any time limits due to your VIP status.
• Step 2: In the Safari Zone, search for the building located in the northwest area. Inside, you'll find a Tamer named Javier. When prompted, answer "No," and a battle will begin. After defeating Tamer Javier, you'll receive HM03 Surf. T?†!!¢
