DAIMYN CITY

- Red Flute
- Blue Flute
- Yellow Flute
- Black Flute
- White Flute
Items you can grab:
- Thunderstone
- TM66 Payback
- Mega Stone Sceptilite
Keep heading north and you'll spot a woman with a Slowbro. Problem is, Slowbro won't budge, so the path is blocked. (It'll open up after you finish the main story quest where you help Alistair kick Team Pluto out of Route 11). For now, head back to Daimyn City.
DAIMYN CITY > ROUTE 9 (EAST)
- Go east from Daimyn City and you'll find a path to Route 9 (no gate this time). From here, head north/up toward Daimyn Factory.

- Physics Seed
- Rock Incense
There's also a cave here. Inside you'll find:
- TM23 Smack Down
- Mega Stone Lapunnite (cave exit is to the south)
Keep exploring Route 10 toward the east bridge. You'll run into Casey again (the trainer you met back in Torma Cave).
Casey's team:
- Elgyem lv. 33
- Seadra lv. 35
Beat her and you'll get Exp. Share. Head north and you'll hit a crossroads. There's a Trainer Tips sign here. If you go north/up, you'll find:
- TM41 Torment
- Heat Rock
Go back to the crossroads and head right (east) toward Route 11 South.
ROUTE 11 SOUTH
As you head east, you'll bump into your Rival. He says he managed to catch up to Alistair because he wanted to ask about what went down in Daimyn City, but it wasn't the right time. He also mentions Team Pluto is lurking around here causing trouble and he needs our help.
Suddenly, Alistair shows up and asks for backup. A good friend of his lives down south near Ferrox Village. Alistair was on his way to visit when he spotted some Team Pluto thugs in the area. Turns out his friend is a master distiller — specifically, he distills ash from Mount Carnelidge into Mega Stones. Team Pluto is trying to bully him into handing over the stones. Alistair's worried they'll threaten his friend to get what they want.
Choose "Yes" to help Alistair.
You'll team up with either Rival or Alistair to take down Team Pluto. Just talk to one of them to ask them to join you. You can change your mind anytime. Your partner will heal your whole team after every battle. If you're stuck or want to switch partners, just talk to your current partner and ask to go back to the starting point.
ROUTE 11 SOUTH — CONTINUED
After picking your partner, head south and beat every Team Pluto grunt you see.
Items you can grab:
- Carbon
- Mega Stone Mawilite (needs HM Rock Smash)
Keep heading south until you find a house — that's Ricard's Refinery. The entrance is guarded by two Team Pluto members you've met before: Clancy and Ena. Time for a double battle!
Clancy & Ena's team:
- Thievul lv. 35
- Golbat lv. 36
- Scolipede lv. 35
Beat them and they'll step aside. Head inside.Inside, you'll find an old man and Team Pluto Admin Ronald. After some chatter, it's battle time.
Ronald's team:
- Krokorok lv. 35
- Ferrothorn lv. 36
- Sneasel lv. 35
- Scrafty lv. 37
After you beat Ronald, he runs off. The old man gives you a Mega Ring — for you and for your Rival too. Then you head back to where Rival is on Route 11. Alistair's there too, explaining what happened, and hands the Mega Ring to your partner.
Of course, Rival challenges you to a battle using Mega Evolution. Talk to him again when you're ready.
