How to Get the Trolling Rod in Pokémon Dreamstone Mysteries GBA - MixTior - Guide Simple

Previously, I covered how to get the Casting Rod—but now, there’s a better fishing tool: the Trolling Rod! It hooks rarer Pokémon, and it’s especially useful for the side quest "Pelluca's Leadership Tussle" (where you need to show a Qwilfish to the Qwilsquad gang).  

Don’t have Qwilfish yet? You can catch one:  

• At Pelluca City’s beach (using the Trolling Rod)  
• Or in Silversun Sewers (if you’re impatient).  

Step 1: Accept the Quest  

• Go to Route 6, near the Hoya River South bridge.  
• Talk to the fisherman—he’s having a "Career Crisis" and dreams of becoming a chef!  
• He asks you to bring him Pelluca’s famous Apple Pie to study its recipe.  

Step 2: Buy the Apple Pie 

• Head to Pelluca City > Pelluca Restaurant (south of the Mayor’s house).  
• Talk to the receptionist and buy the Apple Pie for 350 Pokédollars.  

Step 3: Deliver the Pie & Get Your Reward  

• Return to the fisherman on Route 6.  
• Give him the Apple Pie—he’ll reward you with the Trolling Rod!
