How to Get Bike Voucher and Hitmonlee in Pokemon Team Rocket Edition

 

Amidst the dazzling Vermilion Gym and the bustling port, a small but surprising story unfolds—one about an elderly man and his loyal Machop, whose heart was wounded by the disdain of a certain city figure. Hahaha..Honestly, I love Pokémon Team Rocket Edition by Dragon Den! This is just a side quest with no major impact on the main story, but if you want a Bike Voucher and a Hitmonlee, here’s how to complete it.  

#Requirements  

• Rank: Must be High Rank Grunt. 

Step 1: Meet the Old Man  

• Location: Vermilion City (roaming NPC, look for an old man with a Machop).  
• Action: Speak to him. He’ll complain about the Fan Club Chairman belittling him and ask you to defeat him. Accept the quest!  

Step 2: Challenge the Fan Club Chairman  

• Location: Pokémon Fan Club (behind Vermilion Gym).  
• Enter the Fan Club.  
• Find the Chairman (seated with fans).  
• Talk to him to trigger a battle! His Team (Lv. 25):Dewgong, Rapidash and Fearow 
• Reward: After winning, the Chairman gives you a Bike Voucher (redeem at Cerulean City’s Bike Shop).  

Step 3: Return to the Old Man  

• Location: Original spot (Vermilion City streets).  
• Reward: Hitmonlee (Lv. 20) with Scope Lens (boosts Critical Hit rate!).
